After a Master’s degree in Russian translation and a specialization in International and European Relations, Caroline Dorignaux supported SMEs in their international development for over 15 years, mainly in Eastern Europe and Ukraine. She then specialized in customs and excise regulations and set up her own consultancy and training company, CUSTOMS MADE, in 2021. Today, she assists companies with their customs procedures, helps them to comply with legislation, advises them on obtaining authorizations and helps them to make the best choices in terms of customs taxation. She also gives training courses for companies and several public bodies, and holds the position of Customs Manager ad interim for international companies. She is a lecturer in customs regulations at the Haute Ecole Condorcet in Charleroi.
